What are some of your most popular menu items?
“The carna asada or the fajita la finca, the Emily Specials, the season specials. For appetizers, the cheese dips, the guacamole — that’s what we sell the most. The faijta la finca comes with grilled chicken, steak, shrimp, chorizo, vegetables, beans rice, sour cream, guacamole and flour tortillas.”
There is a lot of competition for food and dining in the Muskogee area. What do you do to distinguish the restaurant and make it a success?
“I would say there’s a lot of variety to choose from when it comes to our food and mixed drinks.”
What’s one item you know customers will love if they just give it a try?
“I would say ceviche, which is something they added recently. It’s shrimp with pico de gallo, cucumbers, and it’s new and not a lot of people know about it, but it’s pretty good.”
If you serve dessert, what are your specialties?
“Sopapillas, fried ice cream, bananas, flan.”
