B. Discussion, decision and/or take action regarding Ordinance No. 2020-02 amending Ordinance No. 2018-010, and Ordinance of the Town of Fort Gibson, Oklahoma, authorizing and permitting commercial medical marijuana facilities, Section 5, Operational Requirements-Commercial Medical Marijuana Facilities, Paragraph 5, required spacing; repealing all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith; providing for severability and declaring an emergency.

A. Discussion regarding the resignation of Connie Lauderdale.

B. Discuss the employment, hiring, or promotion of a Fort Gibson Chief of Police.
