At its regular meeting Monday, the Fort Gibson Utilities Authority approved the following: 

• Minutes of the Regular Meeting of the Fort Gibson Utility Authority on Dec. 23, 2019.

• Payroll paid on Jan. 3, 2020 in the amount of $40,594.05.

• Pre-approval of payroll to be paid Jan. 17, 2020 in the estimated amount of $40,000.

• Payment of claims for all departments.

• Budget Amendment #05 in the amount of $42,500.

• Reconciling the purchase of three Water Treatment Plant computers and updated software.

• Reimbursing Garden Walk Apartments for overpayment of water bills.

• Hiring Angela Ashby as Utilities Clerk.

• Hiring McKenna Pascale as Part-Time Utilities Clerk.

No action taken on contracting engineering services for the Wastewater Treatment Plant mitigation.

 

At their regular meeting Monday, the Fort Gibson Board of Trustees approved the following: 

• Payroll paid on Jan. 3, 2020 in the amount of $46,203.56.

• Pre-approval of payroll to be paid Jan. 17, 2020 in the estimated amount of $46,000.

• Payment of claims for all departments.

• Modifying social media services for the Town to start a town Facebook page.

• Special Pay for Police Department Field Training Officer.

• Application for Lot Split filed by Dick Sheffield for property located within the E2 of the NW4 of Section 12, Township 15 North, Range 19 E of the I.B. & M, Fort Gibson, Muskogee County, Oklahoma.

• Ordinance No. 2020-001 amending Title 10, Building Regulations, Chapter 1, Building Code and Regulations, Section 10-1-( C ) ( 2 ), Permit Requirements; Repealing all Ordinances in conflict herewith; Providing for severability and Declaring an Emergency.

B. Ordinance No. 2020-02 amending Ordinance No. 2018-010, and Ordinance of the Town of Fort Gibson, Oklahoma, authorizing and permitting commercial medical marijuana facilities to match state regulations, Section 5, Operational Requirements-Commercial Medical Marijuana Facilities, Paragraph 5, required spacing; repealing all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith; providing for severability and declaring an emergency.

• Resignation of Connie Lauderdale.

• Hiring Rob Frazier as Police Chief.

• Reinstatement of Jeremy Johnson pursuant to 25 OS §307(b) (3) and review suspension.
