A Muskogee man faces a charge of child abuse after he struck a 14-year-old with a phone charger and his fists, according to court documents.
Dominic Vincent Tunley, 30, was charged Monday with child abuse following an Aug. 14 incident in which he attacked a teenager using a phone charging cable and his fists.
“The above defendant used a phone charging cord to strike the legs and his fist to strike the face of the juvenile,” states an affidavit filed with the case.
Tunley also faces charges of second-degree burglary and knowingly concealing stolen property in a separate case. Tunley remains in custody at the Muskogee County/City Detention Facility on $20,000 bond total. His next court appearance is Dec. 9.
