McALESTER, Okla. (AP) — The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation says a missing McAlester woman has been found alive and her sister and sister's boyfriend arrested for kidnapping.
OSBI spokeswoman Jessica Brown says 21-year-old Mari Elizabeth Danley was found early Monday in the trailer home of Natasha Sexton and Shawn McAbee in Pittsburg County.
Brown says Danley was treated for minor injuries at a local hospital and released.
Brown says Danley was rescued after somehow getting a cell phone and calling her grandmother who notified authorities.
A motive for the abduction hasn't been determined.
Sexton and McAbee are being held in the Pittsburg county jail on kidnapping complaints.
