State Senator Kim David recently paid a visit to Northeastern Oklahoma Community Health Centers Inc. (NeoHealth). While in Hulbert, David visited with administration about the changing funding and health care issues affecting Oklahoma, a media release states. She took a tour of the Hulbert Health Clinic and Hulbert Pharmacy. David toured the facilities to view how federally qualified health centers, like NeoHealth, provide health care to constituents she represents in Cherokee, Mayes and Muskogee counties.
