Two Muskogee men face assault charges after they beat a man with a wrench and their hands, according to court documents.
Tanner Mason Wade, 23, and Tatum Wade, 23, were charged in Muskogee County District Court on Thursday with aggravated assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, respectively.
The charges follow a Sept. 27 incident in which the pair assaulted a man with their hands and a wrench, states an affidavit filed with the case. According to court documents, the attack broke several of the man's bones and caused internal injuries.
