A Muskogee man was a victim of homicide, and another man has been arrested on a murder complaint, according to a police report.

Keith Boswell, 54, was stabbed Tuesday night at approximately 8:38 p.m. and was pronounced dead at 9:15 p.m. at Saint Francis Hospital Muskogee, the report states. 

Johnathan Zamudio was arrested on a murder complaint, according to the police report.

According to a release from Officer Jeramie Garcia, when officers arrived at Lakeland Shopping Center, they found Boswell on the ground, bleeding. Police determined he had been stabbed in the chest. 

The release states police viewed security camera footage and were able to glean a suspect description from the footage. Witnesses were able to point officers in the direction Zamudio was last seen running. Police blocked off several blocks and brought in a K-9 who tracked Zamudio, who was located and apprehended without incident, the report states.
