An incident involving the shooting out of a door at a local middle school has been handled by authorities and the person allegedly responsible has been arrested.
According to Superintendent for Comanche Public Schools Julie Bills, around 4:30 on Friday, Oct. 8, an incident occurred at Comanche Middle School and a front door to the building was shot out.
“We are grateful to Comanche Police Department for responding so quickly,” Bills said.
The suspect is in custody and no one was injured, according to reports.
“Our first priority is always the safety of our students and staff,” Bills said.
